About the Performance:
A journey through two captivating harp traditions, where the lyrical beauty of the Irish harp meets the vibrant rhythms of the Paraguayan harp

The Irish harp is known for its rich, lyrical melodies, intricate ornamentation, and connection to ancient Celtic traditions. In contrast, the Paraguayan harp is a vibrant, rhythmic instrument, featuring lively glissandos, tremolos, and percussive strumming, bringing the energy of Latin American folk music to life. While the Irish harp evokes a sense of history and poetic beauty, the Paraguayan harp pulses with dance-like rhythms and expressive passion, making both styles equally mesmerizing in their own right.
